Fees

Rates are $180 per session. Individuals may qualify for a sliding scale based on household income. We will discuss payment, insurance, and financial options at the beginning of the first appointment.

Insurances Accepted

When using insurance all copay’s and deductibles are the client’s responsibility. Most major insurances are accepted:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
MESSA
Blue Care Network
Priority Health
Aetna
Physicians Care/ASR
Cofinity
United Healthcare
Commercial Medicaid Plans (these are Medicaid plans issued from BCBS, Aetna, & Priority)
No Michigan Medicaid is accepted unless it is a commercial plan. Please let us know if you have any questions

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
